Microsoft has finally come out of the closet, admitting that a recent Windows Vista safety measure update has caused havoc with selected USB devices. Unfortunately and true-to-form Microsoft style, the cock-up has yet to see a fix in any scheme. Windows Defender’s update last week have left assured users extremely unhappy as their USB mice and keyboards seem to go on a strike and refuse to operate after the update is installed.
